Our Board Meetings are virtual and take place every other TUESDAY at 6:30PM PST.
There is NO geographical restriction to be a Board Member.
Term lengths are flexible as we’re in development.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD
- Determining the mission and purposes of the organization
- Strategic and organizational planning
- Ensuring strong fiduciary oversight and financial management
- Fundraising and resource development
- Approving and monitoring the organization’s programs and services
- Enhancing the organization’s public image
- Assessing its own performance as the governing body of the organization
It is required that each board member contribute or fundraise $1,000 annually to The Full Spectrum.
Treasurer
- Reconciles bank accounts and produces financial statements, which they present at board meetings.
- Ensures tax-related documents and legal forms are filed on time, such as the documents required to maintain the organization’s tax-exempt status.
- Serves as chair of the finance committee and financial officer of the organization.
- Manages, with the finance committee, the board’s review of and action on its financial responsibilities.
- Assists in preparing the annual budget and presenting it to the board for approval.
- Reviews the annual audit and answers board members’ questions.
Operations Director
- Identifying and targeting areas in which our organization can improve operation
- Monitoring revenue margins
- Overseeing productivity
- Researching and implementing new directives for growth and prosperity
- Developing and implementing guidelines for evaluations, recruitment and promotions
Business Relations Director
- Maintaining the Business Directories
- Primary correspondent to businesses
Volunteer Director
- Managing and training volunteers
- Recruitment
- Orientation

Marketing Director
