Board President - Neil Lequia

Neil Lequia is the founder and current Board President of The Full Spectrum. He began his activism career while in High School, creating his school’s first Gay/Sraight Alliance. Neil started working with GLSEN (The Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) on a national level, creating safe-space organizations in schools all over. In 2015, Neil founded the Pride of Ellensburg organization. Neil has been working in the cannabis industry for a few years, and is so excited to utilize his experience in this way.

Secretary - Victoria Robertson

Victoria started working with The Full Spectrum as a volunteer. She enjoyed attending various Prides with us and doing community service projects. Victoria loves serving her community. She’s very excited to now be a board member and working with a non-profit again.  In the past, Victoria was a secretary for Pride of Ellensburg, an LGBTQ+  non-profit in a small rural town. She then became the President a few years later and helped start a LGBTQ+ youth center. She has utilized cannabis medicinally to assist in managing gut health problems and has seen how it is so helpful to so many in managing their health concerns. While also being a way to share time with friends and bring people together. She is grateful to be working with a nonprofit that is about queer representation in the cannabis industry. Cannabis is such a powerful medicine and the queer community is also a powerful and special community to be apart of. Having the opportunity to work with both communities is a joy.
