The mission of The Full Spectrum is to enhance and sustain LGBTQ diversity, inclusion, and access within the cannabis industry and community.
We are pleased to offer a wide range of opportunities to fit a variety of strengths and skill sets.
MEETINGS
We meet virtually every Monday to discuss how we will continue to develop into the global powerhouse we were meant to be at 2pm pst.
EVENT PLANNING
We produce a wide range of events,, and have lots of opportunities for logistical planning.
PRIDE EVENTS & TRADE SHOWS
These incredibly important moments of visibility within both the LGBTQ community and the cannabis community. These are opportunities to connect and speak with the public, and to distribute educational materials. We need volunteers to march with us in parades, and be ambassadors tabling at events..
EDUCATION
We teach a wide variety of topics focused around the LGBTQ cannabis community, depending on needs and interest. Assist us with research, development, and facilitation of educational seminars.
GRANT WRITING
Foundations everywhere are looking to financially support community organizations which align with their missions. The Full Spectrum needs grant writers to help tap into funds and make the biggest impact we possibly can. The money is already out there.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
As a new organization, we have a lot to do to bring things to life. Ask a Full Spectrum member about programs currently in development.
